We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing plans.
o Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal portals.
o Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
o Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to on boarding.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
o Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
 
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
o Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
o 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
o Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
 
Preferred Skills:
o Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering domains.
o Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
o Certification in Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
